Imagine a river. The river always looks the same, although it permanently changes. Every second old water flows off and new water flows in. The river is a permanent going and coming; coming and going.
The river creates the illusion of non-change, while it permanently changes.
Be aware of your body. Your body always looks the same, although it permanently changes.
